    Q: Can I request my registration code again if I lost it? Top
    A: Yes, you can. Please provide product name, version, your name and use the order email address to send this request.

    Q: Can I upgrade to new version free? Top
    A: Free minor upgrades (e.g. 1.01 -> 1.10); free or discount for major upgrades (e.g. 2.21 -> 3.00). If the price of new version is higher than the old version, please pay the price difference, otherwise, it is free.

    Q: Are there some limitation of my license? Top
    A: Only a limitation: at the same time, n-user license can only be used on n computer(s). If you use n-user license simultaneously on n + 1 or more computers, WET will not work properly.

    Q: Does my license expire? Top
    A: No, never. You can use it forever without overdue limitation.
